The clockwise loop starts at the parking lot access to Bond Street. The entire loop is a 3.8 km around the Estuary walkway the 3 and 6 hour challenges are open to all ages while the 12 and 24 hour challenges are open to 18 yrs old and above. Signages will be in place so it will be easy to find. A marquee will be set up for water, Tailwind Nutrition Endurance Fuel, Bananas, lollies and chippies. You can also bring your own food supplies if you want. But please be mindful to bring your own reusable cups and feel free to set up your own aid station too.
All runners must leave the marquee 1 min before their respective cut off time in order for the last loop to be counted. Runners with the most number of loops in each time challenges male and female wins and will receive personalised trophies made by Race Director Patrick. All finishers will receive a finishers medal. Endurance runners who will complete a total of atleast 100 miles which is equivalent to 43 loops will receive a milers buckle. This year we are strictly implementing the NO PACER RULE. Support crews are only allowed to assist their runners at the aid station.
Please be aware that the track is open to public during the race day. Dogs are allowed but please be responsible for your own furry friend. There is a toilet on the track itself and portaloos will be added close to the marquee.
First aid volunteers are available during the entire race. Prize giving and spot prizes will be held at the marquee around 1 pm on the 29th of June (Sunday). All runners who completed their respective time challenges will receive a finishers token.
Proceeds go to Mental Health funding of Amplified Health and Wellness. $10 of each registration will go straight to them.

Health and Safety Guidelines:
- Come in early to allow time for stretching and warm up before the race to avoid possible injuries.
- Apply sunscreen when necessary.
- Be sensible for your fluid management during the race. Water and Tailwind Nutrition Endurance Fuel is available at the marquee but please provide your own water bottles / cups
- Please be aware of your surroundings at all times as this track is open to the public.
- Please wear proper clothing to keep you warm such as thermal tops, leggings, beanie and gloves if needed.
- First aid kit and volunteer nurses are available during the entire race at the marquee.
- Headlamp is a must for the 12H and 24H challenges (overnight run) and for the 6 hour runners till sunrise.
